During morning observations, the client responded appropriately by remaining calm and compliant during morning station work. Midday the client interacted with his peers in a positive manner while in the cafeteria for lunch. During afternoon observations, the client sat quietly in his seat while he completed his assignments. QMHP-C greeted client upon arrival to the school setting. During morning observations, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement and encouraged him to continue responding appropriately to authority, remain calm, and be complaint while in class. Midday QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue interacting with his peers in a positive manner. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement and encouraged him to continue sitting quietly in his seat while completing his work. The client responded well towards Therapeutic Day Treatment services as evidenced by positive feedback and engagement. During morning observations, the client agreed to continue responding in an appropriate matter to authority. The client also agreed to remain calm and compliant in his classroom. During midday observations, the client agreed to continue interacting with his peers in a positive manner while at lunch. During afternoon observations, the client continued to sit quietly in his seat while completing his assignments. The client also agreed to continue to track his behavior on his self-monitoring chart.
